A quick update

So – due to how crazy summer was (with work, vacations, kids being home) not much was accomplished since my last post but I was working on a plan in the meantime and I plan to start executing it on Sep 2nd (the day after labor day). It just seems like a good time to kick something ambitious off (years of September being when I ‘started something new’ like school, college, etc.) and I actually find myself more focused and motivated when the weather starts cooling and fall really sets in. I’m working on smaller subgoals that will roll up into my higher level health goals making milestones easier to reach and have created a fresh new spreadsheet to start tracking progress.

At this point it’s been 6 months since I completed 50 for 50 – I feel like it’s enough down time and I’m starting to get a bit restless so directing my energy to something specific I think will be highly beneficial. Not ready to soft launch anything yet – but this is where I’ll be tracking my progress.
